IPS International have teamed with Dartford Grammar School for this year’s Engineering Education Scheme, run by EDT.

The Engineering Education Scheme (EES) puts together students interested in STEM with local companies to work on tasks and challenges that put their scientific, engineering and technological skills to the test.

The scheme provides the students with an in-depth experience in science, engineering and technology offering them priceless experience for pursuing further education and careers in related professions.

Students will have the opportunity to compete for a British Association (BA) Crest Award, with their projects being judged on factors such as planning, research, teamwork and implementation.

IPS has taken part in the EES Scheme on a number of occasions, most recently in 2013/14, working with a group of students from Holmesdale Technology College to build a Non-Destructive Testing product.

Keep on the lookout for updates on the scheme as it progresses!
